I have been following a patient every 5 MAHs with a CBC. Platelet counts are normal. However, RDW continues to increase, so more immature RBCs are found.

 

Can you review what platelet abnormality we are looking for after each MAH and also have you seen any issue with immature RBCs, increasing RDW?

 

He has MAH twice weekly and has for at least a year. He loves it. He is a weight lifter and at 62 he is now lifting more than ever has.
